What you’ll be doing:
As the "Air Traffic Control" of our fleet, you’ll be:

The First Point of Contact: Taking bookings over the phone and via our app with a friendly, professional tone.

The Logistics Lead: Using Taxi and Logistics Software Systems to strategically dispatch drivers and minimize wait times.

The Problem Solver: Navigating traffic updates, driver queries, and changing schedules on the fly.

What we’re looking for:

Calm Under Pressure: You can handle a busy Friday night rush without breaking a sweat.
