Description:

The Monk Co. is seeking energetic and experienced Call Centre Representatives to join their dynamic team located in DHA Phase 5, Karachi. This full-time, night shift role is ideal for individuals with 18 to 24 months of prior US-based sales experience who are passionate about achieving targets and excelling in a goal-oriented sales environment.

As a Call Centre Representative, your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, engaging potential clients, and driving revenue by building strong customer relationships. You’ll be working in a high-performance environment that values initiative, communication, and team collaboration.

Shift Timing:
🕗 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism

  • Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and transactions

  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support

  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and client engagement

Candidate Requirements:

  • 18–24 months of verifiable US-based sales experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

  • Goal-driven with a self-motivated attitude
