Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Karachi. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, providing product information, guiding customer through the process of sales, establishing and maintaining follow-ups and internal records.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Support and sales skills (required)
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy
  • Fluency in English and another language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Minimum Matric or equivalent
