Call Center Agent

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of sales experience and outbound calling experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers, offering products or services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and customer handling skills.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of sales experience and outbound calling experience.
• Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills, with a proficiency in Urdu (spoken and written).
