As a Call Center Agent, you will play a key role in handling client interactions and ensuring smooth communication with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

   • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
   • Communicate effectively in a UK English accent, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer queries and concerns.
   • Maintain a polite and professional tone to ensure a positive client experience.

3. Problem Solving:

   • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
   • Strive for first-call resolution by understanding and meeting client needs.

4. Documentation:

   • Record and update customer details accurately in the system.
   • Prepare and submit performance reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in UK English (verbal and listening skills).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
• Prior call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
