Description:

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Cold Caller (Mid-Level) to join our sales outreach team. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in a call center environment and is comfortable making outbound calls to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers.

 

• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

 

• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

 

• Handle objections professionally and remain persistent in follow-ups.

 

• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM with relevant information.

 

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.

 

• Follow cold calling scripts and adjust pitches based on call response.

 

• Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and customer engagement.

 

• Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B or B2C).

 

• Fluent in spoken English with a neutral or clear accent.

 

• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

 

• Confident, persuasive, and energetic on the phone.

 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

 

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
