NoorCare Health is one of Pakistan’s fast-growing healthcare networks, dedicated to enhancing access to quality primary care through clinics, pharmacy collaborations, and digital health services. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Business Support Manager to join our team and support nationwide operations and business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between clinics, pharmacy partners, and the central team.
- Support business expansion activities, including new clinic setups, partnership development, and project execution.
- Assist management in preparing business performance reports, forecasts, and strategy presentations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and marketing teams to streamline internal processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency through structured follow-ups and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or support roles (preferably in healthcare, retail, or service industry).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across cities as needed.
