Business Growth & Development Manager

This is an autonomous role for someone who can think strategically, make informed decisions, and execute with confidence. What You'll Do

  • Business Development
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and target markets.
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence and outreach.
  • Optimize and manage our online presence, including freelancing platforms.
  • Support lead generation, proposal strategy, and sales pipeline management.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners.

 

Growth & Marketing

  • Coordinate SEO, content, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and new opportunities.
  • Recommend improvements to our website, positioning, and messaging.
  • Identify new client acquisition channels.
  • Track KPIs and recommend actions based on data.

 

Business Operations

  • Improve internal workflows and SOPs.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
