Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Road Transportation services.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.

• Prepare competitive logistics solutions and freight quotations tailored to customer requirements.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and freight rates with customers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas partners.

• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution and service excellence.

• Drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
