We’re hiring a Business Development Executive (IT Services | B2B & B2C)

 

Wanological Solutions is looking for someone who knows how to bring real clients through Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn outreach.

 

This is a performance-driven role. If you know how to find the right people, start conversations, and close deals, you’ll do well here.

 

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for generating and converting leads across both B2B and B2C markets for our IT services, including Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS platforms, Game Development, and AI Solutions.

 

LinkedIn Outreach (Core Focus):

Identify and target decision-makers such as Founders, CTOs, Product Owners, and business owners

Use LinkedIn search and Sales Navigator to find qualified leads

Send personalized connection requests and follow-ups (no spam or copy-paste)

Start meaningful conversations by understanding the client's needs before pitching

Handle replies, objections, and move prospects toward scheduled calls

Maintain a consistent daily outreach (50–100 targeted connections/messages)

Track conversations and manage the pipeline effectively

 

Upwork & Fiverr:

Identify relevant jobs and submit strong, customized proposals

Understand client requirements quickly and respond with value

Handle chats professionally and convert leads into projects

 

B2B & B2C Sales Understanding:

Ability to sell services to businesses (agencies, startups, companies)

Ability to handle direct clients (individuals, founders, small business owners)

Adjust communication style based on the audience

Focus on long-term client relationships, not one-time deals

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach, or B2B/B2C sales

Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, search, and outreach best practices

Ability to write personalized, high-converting messages

Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar

Strong research skills to identify the right audience and opportunities

Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Self-motivated, consistent, and target-driven mindset

Ability to track daily outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
