We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of official experience who knows how to generate leads, bring clients, and close deals.

If you have hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, or Fiverr and understand how to convert conversations into business, this opportunity is for you.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn (primary focus)
  • Run outreach campaigns and connect with decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, CTOs)
  • Submit high-converting proposals on Upwork & Fiverr
  • Handle client communication and convert leads into projects
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

 

B2B & B2C Sales Expertise

  • Ability to sell IT services to startups, agencies, and established businesses
  • Experience in handling direct clients (individuals & small business owners)
  • Strong capability to adapt communication style based on target audience
  • Focus on building long-term relationships and recurring revenue instead of one-time deals

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of official experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn lead generation & outreach
  • Experience with Upwork / Fiverr client handling
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
