xNerds is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist (Upwork) to help us win high-quality international projects and scale our client base.

If you know how to spot the right opportunities and turn them into closed deals, this role is for you.

 Must-Have:
6 months to 1 year of experience on Upwork or similar platforms
Ability to write custom, high-converting proposals (no templates)
Strong understanding of web & mobile development services
Proven ability to identify and bid on relevant projects

Good to Have:
Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
Background in an IT or software services company

Soft Skills:
Strong communication (written & verbal)
Negotiation and closing skills
Research-driven approach with attention to detail

Deal Breakers:
Copy-paste proposals
Weak follow-up or inconsistent activity
