Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist with proven experience in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation for a growing software house. The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying business opportunities, generating quality leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage and optimize Upwork profiles to generate quality leads
2) Identify, bid, and secure projects on Upwork
3) Conduct LinkedIn lead generation and outreach campaigns
4) Build and maintain strong client relationships
5) Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team
6) Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
7) Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements:
1) 2–3 years of relevant experience in software house business development
2) Strong expertise in Upwork bidding and LinkedIn lead generation
3) Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4) Ability to work in Second Shift
5) Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
