We’re Hiring: Business Development & Social Outreach Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Business Development & Social Outreach Specialist to drive outreach and lead generation through social media platforms. The core responsibility of this role is engaging relevant professionals, prospects, and decision-makers through direct outreach across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), WhatsApp/Telegram communities, and other relevant channels.
In addition to outreach, this role will support execution by managing our content creation team and ensuring our social platforms are consistently active, organized, and aligned with business objectives.
Reporting Line: Business Development Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
Primary (Core)
• Execute daily outreach on multiple social media platforms to generate qualified leads
• Identify and engage relevant audiences using targeted messaging and follow-up sequences
• Manage conversations, respond to inbound queries, and move prospects through the pipeline
• Maintain outreach logs, lead status tracking, and reporting of weekly performance
Secondary (Additional)
• Coordinate and manage the content creation team (writers/design/video support) to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and maintain social media pages (posting schedules, basic community management, and coordination)
• Support content planning by sharing outreach insights (what prospects ask, what messaging works)
• Ensure brand tone and communication quality across all social channels
What We’re Looking For
• Strong written communication skills (English; Urdu is a plus)
• Comfortable with structured outreach, follow-ups, and performance targets
• Able to manage people and workflows (content team coordination)
• Organized, consistent, and able to work with daily activity discipline
• Some knowledge of financial markets and advisory services (basic understanding is sufficient; you can learn more on the job)
• No minimum education requirement—we value execution, communication, and consistency
