Business Development Representative

At BRICKSLOGIX, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and support sales growth across the US and EU markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter with 2–3 years of experience in IT services business development, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset toward learning and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound efforts
- Manage and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) and oversee platforms such as Upwork
- Identify gaps and improvement areas in the sales workflow and processes
- Keep management updated on relevant technology trends and events in the US and EU

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of business development experience in an IT services provider environment
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Klaviyo, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong cold-calling skills and familiarity with the US market
- Fluent English communication, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
