Business Development Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales for our medical billing services by reaching out to doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the US market.

 

This is a night shift position (US working hours).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Contact and pitch medical billing services to doctors, clinics, and hospitals (US market).

 

Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients.

 

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.

 

Clearly explain service benefits, pricing structure, and onboarding process.

 

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

 

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

Basic Salary: PKR 35,000 – 50,000

Requirements:

 

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 

Willing to work night shift (US hours)

 

Must be able to commute to Johar Town, Lahore

 

Available to start immediately

 

Comfortable working in an onsite office environment
