We help sellers expand across Europe and enable buyers to source products, compare prices, and discover new inventory—supported by logistics solutions, flexible payment options (including Buy Now Pay Later where applicable), and responsive customer support.

 

Role Overview:

We’re hiring a driven Business Development Representative in Lahore to grow our vendor and buyer network. You’ll prospect, qualify, and book meetings/demos, while building strong relationships with potential partners. Priority will be given to candidates who can communicate in English plus an additional European language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, etc.).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential vendors/buyers via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach for higher conversion
  • Build and manage a consistent lead pipeline, from first contact to meeting/demo booking
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Zoho) and track outreach performance
  • Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, demos, and next steps with internal teams
  • Conduct basic market research to identify new supplier categories and opportunities
  • Develop long-term relationships through professional communication and timely support

 

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or cold calling (B2B preferred)
  • Strong spoken & written English; European language is a big plus and will be prioritized
  • Confident on calls, persuasive communicator, and comfortable with targets/KPIs
  • Good understanding of B2B selling (vendor onboarding is a plus)
  • Hands-on with CRM/sales tools; strong documentation and reporting habits
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently
