Business Development Manager

Description:

Nexora Global Services LLC is a U.S.-focused Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company providing medical billing and healthcare back-office solutions to independent physicians, medical practices, clinics, medical groups, and healthcare organizations.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Closer / Business Development Manager – U.S. Healthcare RCM who understands the U.S. healthcare and medical billing industry and can take ownership of the sales-closing process.

This role is specifically focused on converting qualified U.S. healthcare prospects into paying clients.

Your responsibility will be to work with these qualified leads, participate in scheduled meetings, understand the prospect's operational and billing challenges, present Nexora's RCM solutions, overcome objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.

The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with U.S. physicians, practice owners, administrators, and healthcare executives and should be comfortable discussing medical billing, Revenue Cycle Management, claims, denials, A/R, collections, credentialing, coding, and other healthcare revenue-cycle challenges.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Qualification & Sales Preparation
Review and analyze qualified leads generated by the Business Development team.
Research prospective medical practices, healthcare organizations, physicians, and decision-makers before meetings.

Prepare customized sales strategies and presentations for each prospect.
2. Client Meetings & Sales Presentations
Join scheduled meetings with U.S. healthcare providers, practice owners, administrators, billing managers, and decision-makers.

Conduct discovery conversations to identify the prospect's pain points, current billing process, and outsourcing requirements.
Tailor service offerings and proposals according to the prospect's specific needs and specialty.
3. Objection Handling & Consultative Selling
Identify and overcome objections related to pricing, outsourcing, security, compliance, transition, technology, existing billing teams, and service quality.
Clearly communicate Nexora's value proposition and competitive advantages.
Build trust and credibility with healthcare decision-makers.
Use consultative selling techniques rather than relying on generic sales pitches.
Answer questions regarding medical billing, RCM workflows, HIPAA compliance, reporting, claim management, and operational processes.
4. Negotiation & Closing
Lead commercial discussions and negotiate pricing and service terms within approved company guidelines.
Develop proposals and service packages based on client requirements.
Create urgency and move qualified prospects toward a purchasing decision.
Close deals during meetings or through structured post-meeting follow-up.
Secure required information and documentation to initiate client onboarding.
Coordinate with management and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
5. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Generate additional high-quality U.S. healthcare leads when required.
Identify target practices and organizations with a strong likelihood of outsourcing medical billing/RCM.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, healthcare directories, physician databases, Google, industry platforms, and other prospecting tools.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct strategic follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other appropriate channels.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, meeting outcomes, follow-ups, and deal stages in the CRM.
6. Market & Competitor Intelligence
