Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to build, manage, and scale our outbound sales efforts.

This role goes beyond appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing the entire business development process, from identifying target markets and generating leads to booking qualified meetings and optimizing outbound performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, lead research, CRM management, and outbound sales strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the company's outbound lead generation process
  • Identify target industries, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers
  • Build high-quality prospect lists using research and lead generation tools
  • Create, launch, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Create, launch, and optimize cold email campaigns
  • Develop structured follow-up sequences to maximize response and conversion rates
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for leadership
  • Maintain CRM records and manage pipeline activity
  • Track outreach performance, conversion metrics, and campaign KPIs
  • Analyze results and continuously improve lead generation performance
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support long-term business growth

 

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, appointment setting, or business development

  • Experience building outbound sales processes and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of prospecting, lead qualification, and sales funnels
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email platforms, and CRM systems
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and highly target-oriented
  • Experience creating and managing email sequencing campaigns for lead generation
  • Experience using Apollo for email marketing, prospecting, contact enrichment, and outreach automation
  • Experience in BPO, Customer Support, Outsourcing, Staffing, SaaS, or Digital Marketing industries is highly preferred
