We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
USA Packaging Project | BPO Brigade Pvt Ltd | Lahore, Onsite

This role isn’t about making dials. It’s about building a revenue engine for the US market from Lahore. You will lead an outbound team, coach them to qualify better, and personally step in to close high-ticket packaging deals when it matters most.

*What you will own*
Manage and mentor outbound calling agents to consistent performance
Generate and qualify leads for packaging solutions across multiple channels
Act as the closer for warm leads and convert pipeline into revenue
Build forecast accuracy, hit monthly targets, and drive US market growth

*What you bring*
4+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably packaging, logistics, or manufacturing
Proven track record managing outbound teams and closing enterprise deals
Strong command of CRM, reporting, and pipeline management
Excellent English communication with the confidence to negotiate US buyers
Comfortable working US time zones and target-driven environments
