🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire clients via Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, etc.
Manage the full lead generation cycle:Prospecting → Outreach → Qualification → Proposal Writing → Negotiation → Closing
Build and maintain relationships with international clients
Create customized proposals for:Web Development, AI Solutions, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, Digital Marketing
Collaborate with technical teams for project alignment
Maintain CRM and track performance
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in Business Development / Online Bidding
Proven success in closing international clients
Strong expertise in freelancing platforms
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong proposal writing and conversion strategies
