Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
1-Freelance Platforms (Core Responsibilities)
-Manage and operate Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer profiles
-Optimize company profiles, portfolios, and service listings
-Identify relevant projects daily
-Write custom proposals and follow-ups
-Respond quickly to client inquiries
-Negotiate scope, pricing, and timelines
-Close small to mid-sized projects
-Push for repeat work and retainers
2-Email Outreach Execution (Strict Policy)
-Work exclusively on cleaned and validated email data
Execute email outreach in two phases:
a-Blast emails using non-Hybytes services (testing & filtering phase)
b-1:1 personalized emails using the Hybytes domain
-Monitor and track email performance, including:
a-Delivered emails
b-Spam placements
c-Blocked emails
d-Bounced emails
-Update and maintain master outreach sheets / CRM
-Manage replies and follow-ups professionally
-Book qualified meetings from email responses
-Convert positive responses into closed deals
3-Sales & Reporting
-Maintain sales pipeline and lead tracker
-weekly reporting on :
a-Proposal Sent
b-Responses Recieved
d-Deals Closed
c-Revenue Genrated
-Coordinate handover to project coordinator after deal closure
4-Required Skills & Experince
1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or freelance platforms
Proven experience with Upwork / Fiverr
Strong written English (email & proposals)
Understanding of email deliverability basics
Self-driven, target-focused, disciplined
