We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales growth, client acquisition, and revenue strategy across B2B and B2C markets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing high-value deals using modern sales tools and data-driven strategies.
🎯 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B and B2C clients
• Lead client outreach, prospecting, and deal closure
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Identify new markets and growth opportunities
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams
🛠 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong command of Clay for lead enrichment and prospecting
• Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud for CRM and pipeline management
• Familiarity with other sales automation and outreach tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (Managerial role preferred)
• Experience targeting both B2B and B2C businesses
• Results-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities
• Ability to work onsite and manage targets independently
