Rough Copies Private Limited builds and scales digital products in commerce, media, and tech with a strong footprint in the US market. We operate marketplace and DTC enablement solutions for brands and sellers.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead US market expansion for our seller enablement platform. You will acquire and onboard brands and agencies, grow GMV, and build strategic partnerships across marketplaces and DTC. This is an on-site role in Lahore with direct visibility to leadership and clear revenue KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for US prospects from discovery to contract
  • Acquire sellers and brands, run product demos, ROI modeling, and pricing proposals
  • Drive e-commerce revenue across marketplaces and DTC including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and Shopify
  • Build partner channels with agencies, 3PLs, payment processors, and tech integrators
  • Create account plans, forecast pipeline, and report on GMV, take rate, margin, and retention
  • Coordinate with onboarding and operations to ensure smooth go-live and early success
  • Work with marketing on US-focused outreach, case studies, and events
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate weekly forecasts

Requirements

  • 4–7 plus years in Business Development or Sales with proven US client experience
  • Strong e-commerce background across marketplaces and Shopify DTC
  • Comfortable with unit economics, CAC and LTV, contribution margin, and cohort analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Hands-on with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce and sales automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus
