Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular performance reports.
Represent TecRec at client meetings and industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
Network or experience in recruitment/business services is a plus.
