Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the Middle East region

Lead and manage the Business Development team

Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, and professional platforms

Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and close deals

Build long-term client relationships for audit, accounting & BPO services

Use modern tools and platforms for data mining and lead generation

 

Requirements:

Proven experience in BPO / Chartered Accounting firm business development

Strong understanding of Middle East market dynamics

Hands-on experience with lead generation tools & CRM systems

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Leadership experience with the ability to manage and grow a team

Must be confident in client calling and conversions

Willing to work on-site
