🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Lead who can drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying opportunities, closing deals, and leading a small BD team as we scale.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals
✔Identify and engage potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking
✔Create customized proposals and pitch decks
✔Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
✔Negotiate contracts and close deals with premium clients
✔Collaborate closely with the CEO and delivery teams
✔Train and mentor junior BDs as the team grows
✔Share weekly reports on KPIs, leads, and revenue

✅ Requirements
✔3–5+ years of proven experience in Business Development (software/web/mobile preferred)
✔Strong understanding of US & European markets
✔Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct client proposals
✔Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
✔Self-driven mindset with startup experience
