Description:
· Plan, organize, and conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions on dairy technology, feed, veterinary and livestock quality control, and market trends.
· Represent the company in industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows. · Educate dairy farmers, processors, and stakeholders on advancements in dairy processing, safety regulations, and innovative solutions.
· Oversee laboratory testing of dairy products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality benchmarks.
· Collaborate with R&D and quality control teams to implement new testing methodologies.
· Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements.
· Conduct regular visits to dairy farms, processing units, and distributors to assess operational needs and offer technical/business solutions.
· Provide technical knowledge to farmers, veterinarians, and industry professionals on feed quality, livestock health, and regulatory updates.
· Supervise laboratory testing of feed products to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
· Evaluate lab test reports and recommend modifications for enhanced feed efficiency and animal well-being. Conduct site visits to feed mills, livestock farms, and veterinary clinics to assess operational needs and deliver tailored solutions.
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with feed producers, veterinarians, livestock farmers, and regulatory agencies.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance product awareness and drive business
· Diagnostics in pesticides and fertilizers along with business development scope of Market
· Provided expert technical support in soil and water analysis to optimize agricultural practices and ensure sustainable solutions.
· Spearheaded the development and management of laboratory operations to ensure high- quality testing and efficient workflows.
· Agriculture expert in soil, water and pesticide testing and analysis.
· Field visits will be required.
Job Specification:
Education: Microbiologist/ Food Science/ Veterinary Background
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Food Diagnostic Testing (Milk, Contamination and Adulteration Testing, hand-on experience on Diagnostic kits, milk analyzer, rapid lateral floor testing kit, Elisa kit, PNA Extraction, RNA/DNA)
