Tracking World is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our software division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently identifying, securing, and closing software development projects from international platforms and direct clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire software development projects through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other business channels
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle independently, including lead generation, proposal submission, client communication, negotiation, and deal closure
• Clearly gather, analyze, and document client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for project onboarding
• Maintain professional relationships with international clients and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and documentation
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client communications

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in business development within a software house
• Demonstrated ability to independently secure and close software projects
• Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of software development services (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.)
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision

Preferred Candidates:
• Graduates from FAST, NUST, or LUMS
• Experience working with international clients
