Jillani SofTech is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute Upwork bidding with high-quality proposals

Generate leads via LinkedIn and other online platforms

Communicate with international clients and understand requirements

Negotiate, close deals, and maintain client relationships

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in business development

Proven experience with Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation

Strong proposal writing and communication skills

Experience working with international clients

Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
