Role Overview:
Adlooper is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive our growth and help expand our client base internationally. You will work closely with our business development and marketing teams to identify opportunities, pitch services, and secure projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in lead generation and identify potential international clients.
Support pitching, negotiation, and deal closure processes.
Execute and manage bidding strategies on freelance platforms.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
Track and report performance metrics, sales pipelines, and project status.

Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in digital marketing or freelancing platforms with 2 or 3 years.
Familiarity with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
