Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 2-month probation period, leading to a confirmed role based on performance. The executive will gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. This role involves client-facing responsibilities, market research, lead generation, and contributing to business strategies. It will be a great chance to work directly with stakeholders and build meaningful professional relationships.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who are motivated, proactive, and eager to build a career in business development within a fast-paced, global technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
• Generate leads, engage with clients, and support the sales process.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and other business development materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and client engagement.
• Learn and gain hands-on experience in CRM management, client interaction, and sales processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to confidently interact with clients.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
