Business Development Executive – Medical Billing

Crypthon Technologies is hiring a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the medical billing and healthcare services sector.
If you have a strong grasp of the U.S. healthcare system and a proven track record in B2B sales or client acquisition, this is your opportunity to thrive in a high-demand industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (clinics, private practices, healthcare organizations)
Conduct market research to track industry trends and client needs
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, events, and digital outreach
Present and promote our end-to-end medical billing services to prospects
Collaborate with billing, coding, and RCM teams to ensure aligned communication
Maintain and update lead/sales pipeline using CRM platforms

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Solid understanding of RCM, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance claims
Experience with tools such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, DrChrono
Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho CRM
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
