Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of web development services and a proven ability to close both international and local clients. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in lead generation, Upwork bidding, and LinkedIn outreach, and comfortable converting inbound leads provided by our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
Follow up and convert local leads generated by the company
Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches and proposals
Maintain strong communication with clients during the sales and onboarding process
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
Manage and track sales pipeline using tools and reporting systems
Requirements
Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, and custom websites
Proven experience in B2B sales, Upwork bidding, and LinkedIn prospecting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to close international clients (especially from the US, UK, UAE)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling sales independently
