Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the medical billing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building relationships with healthcare providers in US, and helping to grow our medical billing business. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of the US healthcare industry and a passion for driving sales and business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential healthcare providers in US (hospitals, clinics, medical practices) to offer our medical billing and coding services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other business development techniques.
- Engage in sales presentations and discussions to educate potential clients about our services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with healthcare providers in US.
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitors within the medical billing industry.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare business development, sales or client management.
- Strong understanding of the medical billing process, coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, etc.), and healthcare insurance procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance in the healthcare industry.
