Description:
Chase IT Global is seeking a motivated and energetic Female Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and expanding client relationships with recruitment agencies in the US and UK through offshore RPO staffing solutions.
You will be responsible for high-volume outbound calling, booking meetings, conducting sales presentations, managing pipelines, and closing deals. This position offers part-time evening hours with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role and advance into leadership positions.
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to agency owners, HR heads, and decision-makers.
Book 10–15 discovery/demo meetings weekly via Zoom or Teams.
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Chase IT Global’s RPO services.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using CRM/ATS tools.
Negotiate deals, close sales, and facilitate smooth client onboarding.
Stay updated on RPO industry trends and competitor strategies.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts.
Female candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in RPO, BPO, or staffing.
Excellent English accent and communication skills.
Energetic, goal-driven “hunter” mindset with persistence and focus.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in sales tools such as CRM, email automation, and LinkedIn.
Comfortable working part-time evening shifts (6 PM – 10 PM PKT).
