Inovativex is looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience selling software development services to international clients and enjoy turning conversations into long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, referrals, and other outbound channels.

🔹 Identify potential clients looking for Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, UI/UX Design, Cloud, DevOps, and Custom Software Development services.

🔹 Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business challenges.

🔹 Prepare proposals, quotations, capability presentations, and solution recommendations.

🔹 Negotiate with prospects and convert opportunities into long-term clients.

🔹 Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

🔹 Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

🔹 Coordinate with Project Managers and Technical Teams to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth client onboarding.

🔹 Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.

🔹 Stay updated with industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience in a Software House or IT Services company.

✔ Proven experience with LinkedIn outreach and Upwork bidding.

✔ Strong English communication (written and verbal).

✔ Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.

✔ Good understanding of software development services and emerging technologies.

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
