Description:

We are looking for a sharp and proactive Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, engage international clients, and close deals effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a strong understanding of international markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms
  • Communicate with international clients and convert leads into projects
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → pitching → closing)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Meet monthly sales targets

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (mandatory)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in US time zone
  • Confident, sharp, and target-driven personality
  • Proven ability to close deals
