💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Handle and convert company-provided leads through structured follow-ups
  • Conduct consultative sales calls, client meetings, and product/service presentations
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in Zoho CRM

  • Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline
  • Execute timely and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets and KPIs
  • Develop strong long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM
