Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition. Your job is simple in definition: find prospective students who are a fit for our services and convert them into paying clients. You will own the full outreach cycle, from identifying leads to closing consultations.

 

What You Will Do

  • Identify and reach out to prospective students through LinkedIn, university Facebook groups, WhatsApp communities, and other relevant channels
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads
  • Conduct or schedule discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Follow up consistently and move leads through to conversion
  • Maintain a simple pipeline tracker and report progress weekly
  • Represent StratMer professionally across all touchpoints

What We Are Looking For

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or client-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding
  • Genuine interest in education, scholarships, or student success is a plus
  • Familiarity with European scholarship programs is not required, but it will stand out
