We are hiring a Business Development / Lead Generation Expert with hands-on experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B lead generation platforms. The ideal candidate should be proactive, creative, and confident in client communication, proposal writing, and profile handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Email, and other lead generation platforms
• Handle and optimize LinkedIn and Upwork profiles
• Write customized proposals and client outreach messages
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client communication
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and business targets
• Maintain lead data and follow-up records

Required Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / Lead Generation
• Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, and other lead generation platforms
• Strong understanding of proposal writing and outreach strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with technical terms and IT services
