Job Responsibility:

• Identify and approach potential clients via Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
• Create, manage, and optimize profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to attract relevant leads.
• Write compelling project proposals and bids to win freelance contracts.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, competition, and new opportunities.
• Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities for the organization.

Qualification/ Skill:

• Strong understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) and their algorithms.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of online bidding techniques and client outreach.
• Basic understanding of digital services (e.g., marketing, design, writing, or IT).
• Time management and ability to multitask effectively.
