- Experience on Upwork is a major plus.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify Opportunities: Find and identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, as well as through targeted data digging.
- Build Relationships: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting our services effectively.
- Email Marketing & Outreach:
- Perform in-depth data digging to identify high-potential leads.
- Craft and send personalized, compelling outreach emails.
- LinkedIn Outreach:
- Leverage LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers and build strategic relationships.
- Engage with prospects through personalized messages and content.
- Proposal Writing & Negotiation:
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals that address client needs and showcase our expertise.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position our services strategically.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
