We are hiring a Junior Business Developer to join our growing team at Web Excels. This role is ideal for candidates with 3–6 months of experience who are eager to grow their career in sales and business development.

🔹 Responsibilities:
Lead generation and prospect research
Cold calling and initial client outreach
Qualifying leads and maintaining follow-ups
Supporting the sales pipeline and business growth
Communicating with international clients in English

⭐ Requirements:
3–6 months of experience in Business Development / Sales / SDR role
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Confidence in cold calling and client interaction
Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
Good time management and organizational skills
