We’re looking for an energetic, ownership-driven leader who can build and run our Business Development department. If you’re someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, takes initiative, and thinks like a founder — this role is for you.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
- Build and lead the BD department end-to-end
- Hire and manage your own team
- Drive B2B partnerships and new market expansions
- Create processes, culture, and targets from day one
- Work directly with founders and own your decisions

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐫𝐞
- 3+ years in BD, 2+ years in a lead role
- Strong in B2B outreach & partnerships
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven
- A builder, not a follower
