Responsibilities:
 

• Acquire new clients through email marketing & social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Plan and execute effective outreach campaigns
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Work closely with the team to deliver tailored digital solutions
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain performance reports
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies
   

Requirements:
 

• 2–3 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in IT/Digital Services)
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems
