Identify and pursue high-quality projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms
Write customized, compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs
Communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and build trust
Handle follow-ups and actively convert leads into paying clients
Close deals and maintain a consistent business pipeline
Develop and nurture long-term client relationships

Proven experience in Upwork bidding and business development
Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into projects
