Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, particularly on LinkedIn and Upwork. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our global client base, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue leads across LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
• Craft compelling proposals and personalized outreach strategies
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, pitch, and close projects
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and support overall business growth
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development (including LinkedIn and Upwork)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital services, tech solutions, or outsourcing workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
