Location: Karachi

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
As a Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and technology. You will analyze market environments, define business requirements, and follow through the product development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of best-in-class digital solutions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
5-8+ years of experience in Trade Finance (Documentary & Open Account) and Trade Operations.
Certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach with hands-on experience in Jira and Confluence.
Skilled in reviewing SIT/UAT test cases, UI/UX understanding, and process re-engineering.
Strong stakeholder management skills across local, regional, and international teams.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint) and process documentation.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Translate complex business visions into actionable user stories and solution requirements.
Guide business stakeholders on value-added changes and process transformation.
Participate in user acceptance testing and functional validation.
Coach technical and non-technical staff on product intents.
