Future Serve is hiring a Branch Manager to head its Study Abroad Project in Peshawar. The role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional capable of leading a team, driving student recruitment strategies, and ensuring smooth branch operations. Ideal for a proactive leader with strong micromanagement skills, this role combines career counselling, strategic recruitment, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of career counsellors

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback

• Maintain consistent communication with the Project Director

2. Student Counselling & Support:

• Provide personalized guidance to students and parents regarding overseas education

• Assist with university selection, application procedures, and visa documentation

• Manage inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members

3. Recruitment & Business Growth:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for student recruitment

• Collaborate with global university partners to enhance pipelines

• Stay updated on market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

4. Operational Excellence:

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations

• Gather and utilize feedback to improve internal processes

• Keep informed about global education developments and visa policies

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred (student counselling, recruitment, or team management)

• Experience in office management or service industry may also be considered

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities

• Strategic mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
